📌 1. Customer Terms and Conditions

1.1 Account Registration & Verification

  • To use the Trendzap platform, you must register via mobile number or email.

  • An OTP (One-Time Password) or email verification is required to complete the signup process.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

1.2 Orders & Payments

  • Orders must be paid through approved payment methods.

  • Trendzap is not responsible for delays caused by vendors, traffic, or external factors.

1.3 Refunds & Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 2 minutes of placement for a full refund (if applicable).

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

1.4 User Behavior

  • Abusive language or harassment of vendors or delivery partners is strictly prohibited.

  • Fraudulent activity or repeated misuse of offers will result in account termination.


📌 2. Partner (Vendor) Terms and Conditions

2.1 Registration & Verification

  • Vendors must register via a verified email or phone number with OTP confirmation.

  • Submission of FSSAI license, GST, PAN, and other valid business documents is mandatory.

2.2 Menu & Pricing

  • Menu listings and pricing should be accurate and updated regularly.

  • Misleading information or manipulation can lead to deactivation.

2.3 Order Fulfillment

  • Orders must be prepared and dispatched within the estimated time.

  • Consistent delays or customer complaints may lead to performance penalties.

2.4 Commission & Settlement

  • Trendzap deducts an agreed commission from each order.

  • Payouts are settled weekly/monthly via bank transfer.


📌 3. Driver (Delivery Partner) Terms and Conditions

3.1 Registration & Verification

  • Drivers must register using OTP or email verification.

  • Submission of driver’s license, Aadhaar, vehicle RC, insurance, and a recent photo is required.

3.2 Responsibilities

  • Timely pickup and safe delivery of orders is mandatory.

  • Any loss, damage, or order tampering is punishable.

3.3 Earnings & Penalties

  • Drivers are paid per delivery with possible incentives.

  • Repeated cancellations, misbehavior, or order manipulation will lead to penalties or suspension.

3.4 Conduct

  • Respect towards customers and vendors is essential.

  • Use of abusive language, intoxication, or misconduct will result in immediate deactivation.


📌 4. Cab Driver Terms and Conditions

4.1 Registration & Verification

  • Cab drivers must sign up using mobile number/email with OTP verification.

  • Valid commercial license, vehicle papers, insurance, and police verification are mandatory.

4.2 Ride Handling

  • Drivers must follow the route suggested by the app and adhere to estimated arrival times.

  • Fare calculation is managed by the app and must not be manipulated.

4.3 Behavior & Safety

  • Clean vehicles, polite behavior, and safe driving are required at all times.

  • Any passenger complaint may lead to investigation and suspension.

4.4 Earnings & Penalties

  • Weekly payments are credited after deducting platform commission.

  • Unjustified ride cancellations may affect incentives or result in account review.
