Cancellation Policy – Trendzap
At Trendzap, we strive to ensure timely and hassle-free services for all users. However, we understand there may be times when cancellations are necessary. Our cancellation policy varies based on service type:
Free Cancellation: Within 2 minutes of booking.
After Grace Period: A nominal cancellation fee will be charged if the ride is canceled after the driver has been assigned or has arrived at your location.
Free Cancellation: Only before the restaurant confirms the order.
After Confirmation: If food preparation has started, cancellation may not be allowed or will include a partial refund (excluding preparation cost).
Free Cancellation: Before packaging or dispatch.
After Dispatch: Cancellation not allowed once items are out for delivery.
Before Pickup: Free cancellation if no delivery agent is assigned.
After Assignment/Pickup: Full charge will be applicable once delivery is en route.
If a vendor cancels an accepted order without valid reason, Trendzap reserves the right to:
Temporarily suspend the vendor account.
Levy cancellation penalties.
Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds via Razorpay or Paytm follow their respective banking cycles, typically:
Razorpay: 5–7 working days.
Paytm: 2–5 working days depending on bank and method.
